Magnetization Principle
The process of increasing the magnetism of non-magnetic or weakly magnetic materials is called "magnetization." After magnetization, the material acquires permanent magnetism.
By applying an external magnetic field that can overcome the intrinsic coercivity of the magnetic material, the material becomes magnetized. When this external magnetic field is removed, the magnetic material retains residual magnetism, thus completing the magnetization process.

Magnetization is divided into saturated magnetization and unsaturated magnetization. Common magnetization methods typically use saturated magnetization, where the magnetic material will not demagnetize during normal use.
Saturated magnetization equipment is divided into two categories: "equipment that generates a high magnetic field" and "equipment that generates a high magnetic field instantaneously."
The representative equipment for the former is a "DC power supply/coil (static magnetic field method)."
The representative equipment for the latter is a "high-voltage oil-immersed capacitor type magnetization power supply (pulsed magnetic field method)."
Bipolar Magnetization: Using a Magnetizing Coil
A wire is wound into a cylindrical coil, and when current flows through the coil, a magnetic field is generated inside, magnetizing the magnetic material within.
However, a magnetizing coil can only produce magnetic fields in two directions: North and South poles. The direction of the magnetic field is determined by the direction of the current in the coil, and the magnetic field strength is determined by the magnitude of the current in the coil.
This magnetization method has strong compatibility; as long as the magnetic material can be placed inside and a sufficient magnetic field is generated within the magnetization range, saturation magnetization can be achieved.
Multipole Magnetization: Using a Multipole Magnetizing Fixture
A multipole magnetizing fixture involves winding wires on an iron core. The principle is the same as a magnetizing coil, but by changing the shape of the iron core and the winding method, the generated magnetic field can be controlled, allowing for multipole and complex magnetization of various shapes.
Magnetic components or product applications generally use multipole magnetization, which can solve various assembly problems, optimize production processes and quality, and control the magnetic field accuracy and requirements of the application product itself.
Magnetizing Fixture
Every magnetizing application requires a custom-designed magnetizing coil or fixture to convert the energy from the magnetizing power supply into the magnetic field needed for magnetization.

DX-MAG Capacitive Pulse Magnetizer
DX-MAG series capacitive pulse magnetizing/demagnetizing machines are composed of high-voltage oil-immersed pulse capacitors, silicon controlled rectifiers and control circuits. The AC power increases the power supply voltage through the isolation transformer, and then is converted into DC by the rectifier to charge the capacitor. The high-voltage direct current energy is stored in the capacitor.

Bonded Ferrite Magnetizing Machine
The DXMM30C10 magnetizing machine is custom-designed for magnetizing bonded ferrite (intrinsic coercivity 2800 Oe).
Features:
- Output current measurement, directly output to a BNC connector, providing a plug-in quick-release output cable and a current measurement coil for detection.
- The current output monitor has two BNC interfaces, one with a peak hold reset circuit and the other with direct output.
- Three thyristor rectifiers, three trigger inputs, and three sets of output leads.
- Real-time dynamic monitoring and control of output voltage. The desired output voltage value can be set via a potentiometer on the machine's control panel, with a setting accuracy of +/-1V. The magnetizing voltage is automatically compared with the set value and fed back for closed-loop control.
- The door features a safety interlock design. Power can be switched off or on when the door is opened.

Conveyor Belt Demagnetizer
- This solution is designed for magnetic tape materials and frequency characteristics, and can meet the demagnetization requirements for entire reels of tape. The demagnetizer uses a conveyor belt demagnetization mode.

- The demagnetizer is equipped with a power indicator light and a working indicator light.
- It features synchronous conveying function, and the conveyor belt speed is adjustable.
