Functions and Features

 

◆ Magnetic hysteresis loop (M-H) can be tested to obtain coercive force, remanent magnetization and saturation magnetization, moment and other parameters;
◆ M-T curve can be tested, and the superconducting transition can be obtained with the low-temperature option, Curie temperature point can be obtained with the high-temperature option;
◆ The whole series is equipped with a 360 ° continuous electric rotating vibration head as standard, and the sample has been rotated continuously;
◆ It is located at the center of the collecting coil and magnetic field; compared with the superconducting magnet, VSM is more convenient for anisotropic research;
◆ The specially designed adjustment method of the electromagnet pole gap ensures that the sample no longer needs to adjust the center in the left and right directions; the exact mechanical design ensures that the sample is in the front and back direction center of the collection coil every time; the new concept of electric lifting system can automatically adjust the center position of the sample in the up and down directions; the design of the above three aspects can greatly improve the accuracy of the test The complex, time-consuming and rough sample centering process of traditional VSM system is eliminated due to its high degree and repeatability;
◆ The test speed is revolutionary accelerated. It can continuously collect the magnetic moment, magnetic field and temperature value at 10ms to ensure that the user can capture any details that change rapidly during the test process. The change rate of the electromagnetic field is as high as 5000 Oe/ s, which is impossible for the superconducting magnet. Under this high-speed change rate of magnetic field and high-speed data acquisition rate, 14s It can get a hysteresis loop and support the test of the first order inversion curve (FORC);
◆ By introducing a high-precision laser displacement sensor, the amplitude variation of 1 μm can be distinguished, and a closed-loop control can be formed with a specially customized sample vibration drive system, which can achieve the stability of 8 mm amplitude for a long time(24h) of 4/10000(4 μm);
◆ The replacement and alignment device of the integrated design of the option no longer has the risk of breaking the sample bar of the traditional VSM, and ensures that the sample vibrates vertically on the ground without "hitting the wall"; the high and low-temperature option also supports the vector magnetic moment test;
◆ The sample pole electric signal lead of patented technology is convenient for introducing an electric field in magnetic measurement;
◆ The integration of the magnetic moment signal collection coil and the Gauss meter probe makes the space less, the installation more convenient and the cable more reliable;
